Your data is processed to manage table booking requests received through the website form (name, phone, email, date, time, number of guests, notes/allergies) and to reply to you via WhatsApp, phone or email.

The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the privacy checkbox on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Recipients and processors
Data is stored in Supabase (cloud database provider) and notification emails are sent through Resend (transactional email provider); both act as data processors and their services may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards offered by those providers.
No data is disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes, and no advertising or marketing is carried out unless you give additional express consent.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (Google) processes anonymous usage data to measure traffic and completed booking requests; no name, email, phone, notes or booking details are sent to Google. You can withdraw this consent at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
5. Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your booking and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law.
